Kerry Anne Ridley

Kerry Anne Ridley has served as president of Momentum Leadership for 19 years. Under her leadership, Momentum Leadership has delivered strategic, organizational and leadership improvements for start-ups and global corporations. Kerry Anne has directed a variety of consultation projects, such as a strategic planning process with quarterly recalibration for a Fortune 50 emerging markets finance organization. This project increased alignment of the finance support function with sales and marketing efforts in 128 countries.
She has created a strategic talent development and high-potential coaching model in partnership with utility company executives, and for the past ten years she has consulted with the CEO of a U.S. high-tech firm on organizational and leadership improvements, including stressful post-acquisition integration with a Taiwanese company. She has experience in strategy generation, process improvement, leadership development, competency modeling, culture definition and project management with large Fortune 50 companies, as well as emerging start-ups.
Prior to founding Momentum Leadership, Kerry Anne served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Lutheran General Healthcare. She was responsible for growing healthcare sales through service diversification, customer experience and community services.

Erin O'Toole Murphy helps organizations build high-performance work cultures. A skilled training facilitator, curriculum designer, and coach, Erin fosters collaborative learning with an action focus. She designs and delivers training curriculum on leadership, management, and technical development. For over 15 years, she's acted as a consultant to company leaders on talent competency and change management programs for clients such as Dell, Inc., Whole Foods Market, Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife, Dell Financial Services, IBM, Seton Healthcare Network, SpeakWrite, University of Texas, Condea Vista, Landmark Graphics, Concero, and KUT Radio.
Erin co-authored “Teamwork Is An Individual Skill: Getting Your Work Done When Sharing Responsibility” (Berrett-Koehler, 2001) which describes how to achieve outstanding business results through building responsible, effective, and productive relationships at work.
Erin completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University as a recognized Scholar-Athlete. She holds a Masters in Whole Systems Design with a concentration in Organization Development from Antioch University. She is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources and is certified in a variety of tools and assessments.

Veronika Pribusz, PMP is our process and project guru. Veronika is the former President of the 2000 member Project Management Institute in Austin. She has served as leader on a multitude of projects resulting in acceleration of time to market product launch, optimization of medical services and lessening of turn over tied to process problems. As a member of an elite project ramp team at Dell, Veronika helped launch a new line of business to deliver 10 million in profit in one year. Veronika makes work efficient by streamlining processes and projects.

Paula Zamarra brings over 18 years of corporate and consulting experience in the high technology, healthcare and education industries to her Adult and Organizational Learning consulting. Based in Austin, Texas, Paula has led and participated in many organization-wide consulting, and learning and development interventions successfully impacting staffs of up to 1,600 and budgets in excess of $30M. Paula's signature strengths lie in delivering real and positive change; streamlining and clarifying organizational complexity into effective action and successful results.
Specializing in management and team development, Paula helps managers and teams adopt effective and efficient work practices that exceed business goals and foster individual and team development. Drawing on her experience as an internal corporate change consultant, she also helps organizations manage change in ways that maximize learning and minimize interruptions to productivity.
With over 15 years of instructional design experience, Paula's consulting skills include the design and delivery of training that favorably impacts the bottom line. In one such example, her first-of-its-kind patient orientation (for 65% of a ~4000 client base), and accompanying train-the-trainer training increased patient consulting staff productivity by 18% and physician client referrals by 9%.

Sunni Brown works with Momentum Leadership on projects requiring graphic recording or
graphic information design for strategic planning and
change-management initiatives. Sunni owns BrightSpot Information
Design, a company offering Meeting Design and Support, Publication
Design and Development, and Data Design and Production. Sunni has
worked with a wide range of clients and has a collaborative and
interactive style. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and
Linguistics and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the Lyndon Baines
Johnson School of Public Affairs in Austin, Texas. Sunni currently
lives in Austin, partnering with non-profits, state and local
government, and business to generate info-design projects that support
organizational and group success.
